Thanks for the idea! We have a school room that does not have a computer in it. I have a hard time logging in food because of time it takes. But I know that I have the free Spark app on my phone so it logs directly into my stuff. Then I log on in the am to write on my blog or check in on our group! :)

I am so blessed! I pray for many blessings for each of you as you journey through your life.

"Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength." -- Nehemiah 8:10b

My computer is in our dining room/ school room, and I keep myself logged in to SP all day. This way I can easily enter my food as soon as I'm finished eating, and it doesn't take up a large chunk of time all at once. Also, I'm less likely to forget something that I ate, and I can see those numbers throughout the day to help me decided what and how much I should eat.

Hi Fellow Homeschool Moms and Dads {as my hubby subs for me when I am sick }!
I started SP when my son was a toddler. Then stopped SP when we started Homeschooling five years ago {really been on and off SP},and though I had lost the wt.,maintained the loss for 8mos. that was PRE_HOMESCHOOLING!
Now,I have been on Christmas vacation for 3 weeks and been on SP all that time and it's time to go BACK TO SCHOOL!
Tell me, when do YOU TRACK FOOD ???How do you do it?Unless I eat the same thing every day so I can track it by copying foods, I am at a loss! And I do not want to lose being on SP as I am doing much better with my tracking!
I will track Fitness after school ,but I have been tracking after every meal right now and have lost a total of 5 lbs. since being off and on SP since March 2015.
Tell me how you work SP into your Homeschooling schedule , emoticon
