I agree with Susan. I am a night owl and am trying to get in at least 6 or 7 straight hours of sleep. I am in menopause ,so all those hot flashes wake me up, so my goal is sleeping straight through to 6 or 7 and eventually making 8 or even 9 ? [those were my single days a LOOONG time ago! :)
I have a goal of 30 min a day to exercise ,but I think I need to start at 10 every day to be consistent.
Tracking every day for me is a BIG goal and one that I want won for myself ! {pun intended !}.
Still trying for the 8 glasses of water . Have made slow progress~ up from originally 4 then 5 then 7 today !
I find at this season of my life ,I DO have to restart with the baby steps as I am way overwhelmed with Homeschooling and housework and we just moved 6 mos. ago across the country!! I know I CAN DO THIS ! I have done it before {although my son was 2 and I wasn't Homeschooling at the time. Had ALOT more time on the computer. Now it is as catch can.Anyway, I want to end on a good note so I am going to bed to get some sleep. Oh, why am I up late ~ getting all the homemade cards and gifts ready for tomorrow's craft fair to give to some of the moms teaching the co-ops we have enjoyed and the lady in charge of our Homeschool group who is doing an awesome job!

Here are some ideas from other goals I've joined.
10 min of exercise.
8 glasses of water
Bless your parent (on my Sandwich Generation team)
Fit in a w/o while reading Spark articles (same)
Find a few minutes of unwinding time (same team)
Quality time with child. (this team)
Spread the Culture of Life by spreading joy (new Pro-Life team)
save $1.00 a day (or whatever amount) and donate at end of month to Pro-Life Charity

Other ideas:
Doing upper body w/o 2-3 times a week.
Lower body 2-3 times
Cardio 10-30 minutes 6 days a week
Have you tracked food today?
Have you tracked fitness today?
Have you eaten fruits or veggies today? How many?
Date night 1x month
Completed a book with kids 1x per month

And we all lived happily ever after...

Your goals are great. We haven't done much with these team goals here. I've never messed with them. . . they were set by the original team leader, three or four leaders ago. Let's start a team a discussion about what we'd like our health goals to be as a team. (I'm MUCH more on-board with the 10 minutes exercise thing). Our goals are so different when we're caring for so many people! Look for a new thread and a team message about this! Thanks for bringing it up!

Baby steps, SUSANSKI. =) I cannot remember the last time I got 8 hours of sleep either. It seems like even when I go to bed early, it seems like someone gets up in the night.

So here's the thing. Our team goal is 8 hours of sleep...but I'm lucky to get 3 straight hours because I am on call throughout the night to help with my Mom who is staying with us. I actually have a goal recorded of only THREE hours! My goal for water is FOUR cups, (I'm getting better, though) and my goal for exercise is only 10 minutes while I rebuild by momentum. But I've been a REALLY REALLY REALLY good girl. Can't ya'll work with me?

And we all lived happily ever after...
