I live in Southern California, where it's always swimsuit season, so I answered "Keep doing what I am doing!" I solved the problem by buying a cute tankini top and board shorts- cute, cool and comfortable!

I was out of town so need to catch up!

My July mini-goal will be to get 45 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. It will be a challenge when I am on vacation with my mom in Louisiana. I think I'll pack a dvd or two. She reports that it is hot- even for Louisiana in July!

Yesterday, I got 2 servings of berries. Yum!
