2146 mg- within my range. I've been going over every day that I eat cottage cheese, because it has lots of sodium. Wish I could find a low-sodium version.

I got 15 out of 16. I am a physical therapist and I would be ashamed to miss any more. The one I missed was CRF, which stands for Chronic Renal Failure to me! They said it stands for Cardio Respiratory Fitness- never heard of it! Always use Cardiovascular Fitness.

OK as for yesterday ... I have no clue if I met the goal or not...

Breakfast was raisin bran... so not much fruit or veggies there
Lunch was pasta with roasted red pepper sauce (made from pureed roasted red peppers, broccoli normandy, cream cheese, & garlic)
We ate dinner out, had a side salad and a twice baked potato...

I really have no idea how to determine if i get a full serving of any fruit or vegetable.... is that bad?

As for today I'll try to hit that goal mark. I finally got hit with the kids cough and snot. it's not debilitating so I try to work thru those days.

okay, I FINALLY chose a mini goal. (yeah, way back on the first day)
To take my synthroid in a more timely manner at nght and to resume taking my fish oil, D, and calcium every day. (I had stopped when I became sick of swallowing pills trying to control my migraines. But, now that the bad teeth are gone, so are the headaches...therefore....no excuses.)

I have been thinking on this one all day... I can't think of what to commit to.. I like committing to easy things... drink 8 glasses of water a day? .. wait I already do that. Eat more fruits and veggies? Well I have a hard time gauging if what I eat when I eat them counts as a serving *chuckle* this isn't to say that I don't eat fruits and veggies. But my kids do tend to eat thru them before I get my first bite ~ unless they are frozen ones I have for our smoothies. O! I should commit to drinking a smoothie a day... I love making them with a cup of greens, some carrots, a bunch of fruit, and a yogurt... but I really need to learn to scale back the size of my smoothies, because mine typically fill a 32 oz cup and are close to 400 some calories... I can't go without my 1 soda a day. Exercise? well I've been pretty good at getting that in 4x a week, but I have been considering increasing my caloric burn so that I can try to lose a couple of pounds... I just don't know to what I should commit... Doncha know I liked being told what to do so that I don't have to think for myself until I'm ready? Let m think more. Maybe hubby can give me an idea when he is awake.
