Omega 3 oils (olive oil, fatty fish or fish oil supplements, flaxseed, walnut, eggs, milk) but you don't have to go overboard. Just get some in you diet ever day. Soluble fiber (oatmeal, oat bran, oat flakes, beans, veggies with their skins, fruits with their skins - which also gives you pectin), garlic, tea (black or green), the margarine with plant sterols (Benecol or Promise Activ)
