Welcome. Just start by tracking what you're doing now - what you eat and what exercise you get. Then, when you have an idea of what you could do better, start making small changes to improve your habits. There is a Welcome Guide on the Help menu that will teach you about the site and a challenge for new sparkers on Challenge Central that will help, too. There are many articles about improving you life style to read.

My DR has been telling me for months that I have High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol.
I am about 10 pounds overweight

Any info about how I need to get started in the right direction, I would appreciate any help :-)
