To be a stronger dancer, you might think of adding a few strength training exercises. Spark has several in the database that are useful for dancers:

UPPER BODY (to develop those Veilwork muscles!)
- Dumbell Lateral Raises
- One Arm Dumbell Rows

LOWER BODY
- Calf Raises with Wall (for strength in releve position)
- Forward Lunges
- Wall Squats
- Genie Sit (this is advanced, but a great exercise for beginning floorwork!)

CORE
- Crunches
- Crunches with Twist (for the obliques)
- Reverse Crunch
- Modified Plank
- Superman
