Hello team!! We have a few days to get ready for our 1st Team challenge. We are doing a 3 to 5 pound weight loss challenge for the month of July. Of course if you exceed the challenge good for you.

All of us will be posting our starting weight on July 1st Sunday.

How can we achieve our goals:

1)Calorie tracking is essential. Prepare your meals for the day and remember what we can eat and can not eat.

Pack your snacks (rice cakes, granola bars, trail mix etc ~~ these are my favorites).
Make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner NEVER MISS BREAKFAST!!!

2) Drink at least 8 glasses of water

3) Work out as often as you can at least 3 times a week and DON't FORGET belly dancing (OUR TONER). If you love to walk CRICKETDC suggests you borrow or purchase the Walk Away the Pounds of Leslie Sansone. She has used all 1, 2 and 3 mile dvds.

For those who have started exercising and are willing to take it a step futher, CRICKETDC would like to introduce the Leslie Sansone dvd Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles. Leslie's challenge is to do the Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles 10 days straight.

4) Always keep a positive outlook in life. Can we promise ourselves at married Life to keep a positive mood for the month of July!!!

If you have emergencies about the diet or fitness please email the teamleaders. Our aim is to give the entire team a GO GO Attitude..please let us not put each other down.

When you wake up say "GOOD MORNING TODAY I WILL BE HAPPY, I WILL EAT WELL AND EXERCISE!!!".

Thanks to all of you. You are all inspiring everyone here to reach their weight loss goals. Also please remember that the team leaders will be with all of you all the way~~~ until all of us reach our goals. We will be there to maintain as well.
