I took up knitting to help me get over "the blues." It's a great activity, and you get a sense of accomplishment with each finished project. Plus then you can give the projects away to loved ones.

Knitting quiets the mind. You might think of it as meditation in motion.

Enjoying every single moment I can with my husband and little boy!

When you are anxious,sad or feeling upset or even tired, what do you do to relax yourself?

I like to take long bathes and meditate,
when I was really sick and what got me out of depression was meditating and listening to relaxation tapes and deep breathing to get the anxiety out,
is there anything else that can benefit to me when I am feeling sick like that, like what helps you?
Praying all the time, talking with God, seeing a theripist. talking about it more
