When you are anxious,sad or feeling upset or even tired, what do you do to relax yourself?

I like to take long bathes and meditate,
when I was really sick and what got me out of depression was meditating and listening to relaxation tapes and deep breathing to get the anxiety out,
is there anything else that can benefit to me when I am feeling sick like that, like what helps you?
Praying all the time, talking with God, seeing a theripist. talking about it more
