Hi all. My teacher has asked me to perform at a Club Bellydance event in may and although I'm really excited its also a bit scary. I've put on a bit of weight which i carry completely on my stomach (typical) would like to loose some of this before having to stand anywhere near any of the Stunning BDDS's. I have the diet under control just need some more exercises to help me along. Any suggestions would be appreciated emoticon
