afterwards I started walking it off that helped. and it also felt better after i did a t-tapp workout. I was in my socks, dancing on carpet ~ (i'm so goofy). it wasn't new, it wasn't choreography. but yes I hadn't done it in a while so that might have been it.thanx.

I'm wondering if you're getting your feet warmed up or stretched enough. Its possible that if the choreography is new, may be using different muscles. When I do saidi and am hopping more, sometimes my feet will hurt.

You probably already know to make sure you ice any injury... make sure you ice your knee/leg to get the swelling down.

Lately i've noticed my arches hurt while dancing or after dancing. and just in general my feet hurt after dancing for a while. any ideas here?

also, the other day i was practising some hip/leg pivot/walks and I forgot to take off my socks and the way i landed on my next foot, really hurts the outside side of my knee and leg.

any ideas 4 this pain?

I feel sort of goofy 4 this mistake.
