ok thanx. so far so good, precision movement by suzanna del vecchio is proving very GOOD @ building up my dancers stamina, lol. I am POURING in sweat every time I do it.

I think a helpful tool is not only to have just a pure belly dance technique DVD, but also invest in bellydance fitness DVDs so you can get a 2-in-1!

hey ladies,

i am trying to be more diligent in getting a self-study @ home for myself to expand my "art". I have taken classes before so its not like i don't somewhat know what i'm doing or anything.

any ideas on how to balance everything out between other exercises and then dancing. any ideas on how to create a good balance between the two and how to espand my skills?

right now i'm still working on and glossing my performances for the drum solos from heartbeat of belly dance and am considering the precision motion workout by suzanna del vecchio. very old a bit old school but it looks good. so . . .

wud love help and ideas from my dancin sisters.
