I apologize for not being by in awhile. Honestly, I feel like the all do. As a person who struggles with how I look performing, I like the overall toning I get from the weights and cardio... is just the necessary evil that gets the weight off!!! If I had to pick favorites... ab work (I have a great yoga ab dvd) and triceps. Legs, too, except they don't really get seen performing.
