Excellent answer!

Reached my goal November 2009!

Weight Watchers worked for me and now I work for Weight Watchers.

It is a life style, not a life sentence.

a hip drop and a hip bump are two completely different moves. while doing a drop, the hip should make a directional motion downward. While doing a bump it should go directly to the side, without moving up or down.

What is the difference between a hip bump and doing a hipdrop with both hips? It looks the same?
