emoticon Hi am the new leader of this awesome team.. we will focus on movement with any kind of exercise, for as long as you choose. Exercise has been proven to help. I know it is difficult and yet we can do this. I have had panic attacks and also I live with Chronic pain due to a lot of medical issues. I use a stationary bike and also walk short distances. There are some days i do not want to move and yet if I make myself, I always feel better afterwards
