Ahhhh.... nearing the end of the holiday weekend. Out of town guests have returned home and I'm fairly pleased worth how nutrition and fitness went. Not perfect, but thinking the numbers on the scale in the morning will be stable, if not a small drop.

I walked my little dog three times today. I took Mom out to the super market. I cashed in a lot of bottles. I rolled coins and brought them to the bank. I is like finding money you did not know you had. It is very hot and humid looks like rain. Linda from bean town emoticon emoticon emoticon

I did OK at the party--had enough food to be polite, but no more. Still, with a big breakfast and moderate dinner I was over for the day. I'm still fighting my sinus bug and I was shocked at how many smokers there were. Luckily it was outdoors. This morning I was up early to sing for both services at my church with other members of my women's choir (about a third of the choir). We really enjoy singing together and we sang two of my favorites from last season. My husband is off this afternoon working on his boat, so I should get busy on some housework that has been neglected while I was sick. How come it doesn't just do itself? Why don't the cats help out? This morning I'm back to my pre-Brazilian steakhouse weight. Lets have a great week!

Quick hi to all my team mates. Today's the day we have to pack up and head home. Ugh! I'm not looking forward to the 4 newspapers that will be piled at the door. Yes, I suppose I could pitch them without reading them, but I won't...I'll at least skim them. And tomorrow's work schedule is filled to the brim. Ever feel like running away?!

We went on a family run this morning--about 4 mi. with a stop off in the middle at a park playground for the 2 yr old. I bought DD a new pair of running shoes yesterday since she couldn't get far with a sore hip. She says it really made a difference.

DH got some shoe inserts too. He is suffering from the heel pain. He said he felt better today, too.

Okay, off to pack. Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Picnic on the boat last night after a swim in the river. My little white dog will chase after a stick for hours and it's about the only way to keep her from trying to retrieve us. I'm at the limit of calories/points this week but hey - not over the limit - just at it.

I seemed to have caught some stomach bug today, so taking it easy today. If I feel better, we might get in a walk later.

Good morning team!

I had a blast yesterday. Spent some time with Grammy in the morning (need to do that more), took the girls swimming, and had a poker game at my house last night. Will buckle down today and get in a workout and some chores.

Getting ready to go out of town for a few days tomorrow. Taking the kids to the Great Wolf Lodge. If you have little people in your life, you have to take them there. It is amazing!

I'll make it to the moon, if I have to crawl.

I'm trying hard, and sweating from my morning walk managed to lose me some weight. Now all I need to do is build on it.
