Congrats.
I also still in the 5% club who has maintained weight lose. Going on towards my second year of maintenance.
I still balancing my calories and trying to keep exercise challenging to stay out of the rut of the same routines. I still have my moments of going out and eating too much or having sugar and refine carbs , then turn around and have to decrease the calories a bit and exercise to counter the oops. I would love to prevent this counter measures, but it is necessary for me.
Back to using journals to help keep focus and active.
