The closest Border Collie rescue would be best. He has some issues, but nothing severe so should be placeable for someone with experience. Look on Petfinder for a Border Collie rescue within a few hundred miles and there's a good chance they will take him.

I would take any dog in a kill shelter but have 2 rescues already. Can he be moved to a nonkill shelter? I sure hate to see these!!

Someone posted this on a Facebook page I follow and I'm hoping someone can save Jake the Border Collie. Or at least pass the information along to others to try and get this dog saved. He is at a kill shelter in Bloomington, IN.
