I wear a Fit Bit and try to get 250 steps each hour. Have it set for 12 hour days. I also just finished cardio rehab which was a big winner. I have Senior Sneakers at our local community center but need to be more active there. I also have a group of 10-15 minute strength exercises I do each morning. Some with dumbbells and some just body weight. Love the chair exercises.
