I took a walk with my doggy yesterday. He is epileptic and I think the pheno is making him old. We only went about 1 mile and he was pooped out the rest of the night. I plan to go for a walk with him every day maybe he is just out of shape along with me. This way we both get alittle healthier.

Hope you all are doing well. I got another wake up call over the weekend. I have been slacking and see the numbers going up. I know that my weight always goes up when it's that time of the month but I still don't like it. So yesterday was slow and a walk today will be a workout and play on my wii fit.

Come on ppl let's get movin. Only 8 days left of March. emoticon

Well, This month wasn't the best.

Food - Did real well

Exercise - NONE unless you take the walking and stairs I walk at work.

Sleep - Can't seem to get enough.

I am not giving up though. There is still 12 more days to go so I am hoping to lose 1-2# by then.

Let's go ppl let's get moving. Don't stop keep moving!!

Food - was NOT on my game.

Exercise - was on a roll until yesterday. The temp dropped back down and I quit all together.

Sleep - fairly normal.

I'm game. . .

Food - not so good. Controlled portions for the most part, but did not make the best choices throughout the week.

Exercise - good. Missed softball and soccer because of spring break, but have done daily workouts since Tues.

Sleep - normal

Reviewing my week:-
Food emoticon Managed my 5 Fruit and Veg a day so thats a start

Exercise:- None existent

Sleep:- More than usual
