I want to get to a healthy weight and stay there forever. I don't have to make huge changes all at once, just small ones consistently.

For me it's exercising. Maybe burning a certain amount of calories per week?

I like it.

staying in range
8 glasses of water

Maybe we need another challenge. It's pretty quite in here. I liked the spark points challenge, or something in regards to exercise. Any other suggestions?

I need some motivation. I have a class reunion in two months!
