Well - I have completely failed this challenge. I have gotten my water in daily as I HAVE to drink so much water becuase I have been doing for over 2 years. . If I don't know I get headachy and cotton mouth and it is just uncomfortable. In fact often when we feel hungry, we are actually just thirsty!

I have worked out on and off but mostly off. . and I have pigged out the last two weeks as May is always a tough challenge month for me as I have 10 close family and friend's birthdays this month. That is a lot of parties, the food and the cake that goes with it! If I get out of this month below 165 I will count it a miracle!

You know I have noticed this week that I am doing good alone. But notice that what people are eating around me is influential. Nobodies pushing me to eat anything. But because they are eating a candy bar then I do. Or if their is food at a barbecue I will over indulge, because its their.

Wow - Kanga sorry to hear all the stress but glad things are back on track. And it sounds like the other two are doing well too!

I have been so sporadic this last week and half - super busy with work and then my daughter's play was Thur, Fri and Sat. . I wound up seeing all three perfomances because of supporting poeple being sick or not getting off work in time. I missed out on the fun stuff I wanted (and was supposed to do) on Sat. Sun was a good day.

Then this week I have had to go into my office for work and it has been STRESSFUL! Way too long of a story to tell but also have had to go out to eat at a Thai and Chinese restauarant the last two days plus Starbucks for breakfast!

So looking forward to the weekend - nice warm cool cabin up in the mountains. . Lots of snow still there and my daughter is taking a friend so she will not constantly be bugging us for stuff to do! It is going to be wonderful and for four days I will forget I have a job.

Ok, getting back on track today in many areas. So for my health I'm working on working out daily, and getting my 8 glasses of water in.

I'll be working out in about 20 min, and I've already picked the two videos I'm going to do.

We can do this!

OK so I am feeling better today. We went to the dressmaker last night and the dress is almost finished, just the hem and the hand work and hooking up the train somehow. The girls are not allowed a train but Melissa is wearing my sister in laws wedding dress and we have to return it to its original condition after the dance so the train is getting bundled up and made to look like a bustle (Sort of). Ok so at least we have the dress sorted

BAD couple of days, Last night we went to the dressmaker for the final fitting of the debs ball dress for Saturday night. Guess what the dressmaker has done nothing a big fat zero. She has had the original dress for 3 weeks and was supposed to alter it to fit Mel and change it slightly She promises it will be ready by tonight but I don't know. After that a friend took us to the school for a rehersal and my DH (dreadful Husband at the moment) was supposed to meet us their. He didn't pitch, it was so frustrating to see other daughters and dads practice their big entrance and waltz and Mel had to practice with the BF. I could understand if we were divorced but please we live in the same house. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO all my good intentions have gone out the window, I am guzzling everything in sight at the moment including a Coke and I don't even really like coke. Got to get a hold of myself. At least I will get my walk in tonight and I may manage the water but nothing else.

I am just not motivated. I am always thinking once I get something organized I will work on me. I just don't care all that much. I am not unhappy where I am at right now either. I mean I went from 179 to almost 135 at one time. But now I seem to be sitting at 150 and its not really a bad weight for me. But the one problem is that I am not eating ideally. I am eating the bad stuff at least more than what I should. I am not all that motivated to exercise either. I just don't know what's going to motivated me.

Beginning Monday, I'm in. I also placed as a TEAM GOAL.

I want to get to a healthy weight and stay there forever. I don't have to make huge changes all at once, just small ones consistently.

I ate way to much today. Today was my towns day. Meaning that alot of business donated money to all are schools. So we went out to eat and I way over did it. Then we went to another place to support the school and I had a smore. It was so good. But anyways this is what I did today.

ooh, I don't think I will ever get 4*s. I don't even try for 8 glasses of water. Four is my goal.

I am really bad on fruit & veggies. No where to get those at lunch. I bring a piece of fruit for a snack.

Actually I don't know... as far as the junk food, I do 100 calorie packs and I am still logging my food intake, so not sure I don't get a * for that at least.

I do need to get on track again. I am feeling absolutely horrible with indigestion, tiredness, headaches, constipation etc. I fell off the wagon a while ago and have not been doing any of those things on the list consistently at all. I think I am paying for it now. This morning I had two donuts. I have decided not to keep on this track I rather be hungry than feel this bad again.

So today I have 1*,2x three and four I don't know yet since it is still early where I live in Southern California.

Ok looks like I am not the only 1 battling to stay focused. So here is a mini weekly challenge to get us refocused.
Log every day if you meet a requirement put a star, miss and you put an X
eg 1*, 2x, 3*, 4*
Challenges:-
1) Drink your 8 glasses (2l) of water
2) No Junk food, cookies, crisps, takeout, soda etc
(you decide if you met this or not)
3) 20 min of Cardio
4) Eat 2 fruit and 2 vegetables

Anybody with me on this?
