I think we need a back to basics challenge. Is anyone with me?

Hey guys DO NOT GIVE UP. I have also been battling since I was sick, eating everything in sight. Did really well yesterday and then stopped on the way home for a snack UUUGGGHHH.
BUT.........
I am not going to let a minor slipup make me put back even the little I have lost. Baby Steps. It took me a long time to get this fat and I am not going to give up.

Mandykayee is there anyway you can rearrange things at home to give you a little more time. I started using public transport instead of a lift club now I have to walk home usually do about 2 miles before DH passes me and picks me up. I arrive home only a little later but I get my cardio in. Try bulk cooking on the weekend so all your meals for the week are prepared and you only have to grab a bag on your way out.
Try and have only healthy snacks in the house. There are some great Spark recipes which are just right for kiddy snacking. If I buy the kids treats I only buy enough for the 4 of them (3girls and DH) so I can't have a packet of whatever cause all hell will break lose the next day when there isn't enough to go around
Sorry if it sound like I am preaching but it is to myself as well.

We do not have Ali in SA and I have never tried any other "Diet" medication so can't help there. Try focus on what you have achieved so far and not what you still have to go

Don't give up OBOSAGE. You've done so well. I get that same attitude-Who cares. But you've got such great results so far. Don't give up.

I've heard of Ali, but don't know much about it. I haven't researched it. I am curious though.

MANDYKAYEE, that has to be very frustrating! I would for sure get an I don't care attitude. I have other people on my teams that have been in that situation and I don't envy you. I don't have any answers for you. Sorry. Just don't give up. Regardless of lossing weight, you're living a healthy lifestyle and that counts for some thing.

If you got a traffic ticket would you break every traffic law the rest of the day? Then why toss the whole day over a slice of pizza? ~Indygirl

No I have never tried Ali. I think I have heard the name some where. But other than that I don't know anything about it. I did really good on my diet for a long time. But now I just can't stop eating everything in sight literally. I was only a pound or two away from my goal at one time. My pants are still fitting me for the most part. Their is one pair I have not tried in a little while and I am kind of nervous about trying them on. I haven't even bothered to jump on the scale in awhile. As bad as I have been eating I think why bother. Maybe one day I will get serious again. I really hope so.

For those who haven't noticed, I have gotten no where on dieting. I constantly watch my weight, exercise not as much as I should, and fret enough to waste away pounds (well, it seems so). I just can't eat less, can't put more hours in the day to exercise, etc. So what to do? My husband thinks I should try that new diet mediation, I think it's call Ali. Anyone tried it? Anyone have any secret weapons? All ideas welcome.

One day at a time . . .
