I know this is a little out there to some ppl, but there are pole dancing classes at a place on like 60-something and Burnham. I am going to try it out soon. It looks super fun and will mix things up for you.

Also, I go to Xperience on 68th Greenfield. My gym offers all kinds of classes like spinning, power hour, zumba, yoga, etc. If your gym doesn't offer classes, maybe consider switching??? My gym is only $10/mo or $20/mo if you want classes and tanning and what-not.

I do my own things at home,have cancer,T.P,COPD,MAC,All of the lungs,I do yoga stretching,weights,walk alot.do stairs to keep lungs open ,Airways closing,I`m just suppose to keep moving,In the hosp./rehab alot,it is not easily`,but keeps me going ,love SP. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Wilson Park Senior Center offers Hawaiian Dance lessons on Friday mornings! Excellent teacher and price is perfect - free! 9:30 - 11:30. Hula is a wonderful all over physical exercise plus it uses the brain cells to remember the routine.

well there is a curves located in shorewood going towards bayshore mall. I heard its nice and reasonable there.

about the exercise classes you can try Greenfield or Milwaukee rec department or Interfaith programs at the parks if you are a senior.

My life tomorrow will be the result of my attitudes and the choices I make today.

I am very proud of myself ,just two weeks ago I was weighing 210.4 and today I weigh in at 205.6. keep me in your prayer.this is the first summer I ever had increase my work outs and decrease my food intake. I feel so good and this is a life change for ever for me.

The Y offers some great classes. Tabata is like crossfit (or high intensity interval training). I love this because 3 times a week is all you need (more if you want of course). It increase the metabolic rate and burns fat for 48 hours with on 1 work out...There are some crossfit gyms but I think they are a bit expensive. I'd go if I had the money!

There are a few groupons for boot camps (outside) and yoga classes!

Not exactly the Southside but by the zoo it is called Evolutions health. It also has aChiropractor, acupuncture and therapy or back spine e.t.c.

I have been looking for new physical activity classes in the Milwaukee area to try out and thought this would be a great place to inquire. I currently do Zumba a few days a week and love it! It changed my life. I've tried kickboxing and I liked it but looking to expand my horizons a little farther. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe we can try a class together and help keep eachother motivated in the new year!
