1. Host breakfast for a friend and I. I have an egg casserole in the fridge ready to pop in the oven.
2. Have a Turkey Christmas meal with nine other Americans at 2pm.
3. Try not to eat too many desserts which I know will be sitting around from 2pm on into the evening.

1. Visited a church friend in a nursing home. He's recovering from a stroke.
2. Went hiking with one of the dogs for an hour on a mountain bike trail.
3. Had dinner with friends and still stayed below my calorie range.

#2 and #3 didn't get worked on yesterday.

Today....
1. Bake two pumpkin pies.
2. Decorate the house for Christmas. The tree remains decorated from last year. I just have to plug it in.
3. Sit with my leg elevated the rest of the day. It looks better today. :-)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We're going to celebrate tomorrow, Friday.

1. Drive to another town to apply for and receive an exit visa for going to Spain for a conference.
2. Correct a set of exams so the students will receive their tests back tomorrow.

3. Walk!! Get in some steps.

Nov 1st, All Saints Day, is a National Holiday here so no work today. I need to spend some time in the kitchen.

Although I'm on SparkBreak for awhile..... I'll still be posting on the Omaha team.....

1. Correct Laboratory exams that the students took on Tuesday. That will take me a long time since the exam was fairly long.
2. Walk outside.... I try to avoid this but I'll walk outside today......
3. Stay away from the computer as much as I "can". I am on the computer MUCH TOO MUCH.

1. Staff meeting and prayer meeting with other Nursing School profs.
2. Teach noon Bible study to a small group of Nursing Students.
3. Decide what to do with a cat I'm "sitting" who has cancer and really needs to be put down. We have no Veterinarians out here though. Cat's owner does not return to Africa til November. She is aware of the cat's condition.
