I just tried something called "Pilates Reformer". It is on this machine, and is weight resistance. I am signing up for a class, I thought it was so good. My local YMCA offers classes and has machines. Try it, I really liked it, and it tones your muscles.

Still looking for other things I can do at home and at work.

I am not sure what cool sculpting is so can not respond there. My one question is how much resistance training are you currently doing? Fat loss/weight loss without a resistance training component results in a loss of muscle.

It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

So I am near my goal weight and have a lot of squishy fat that is being stubborn and is not going away. I have a couple of acquaintances that have done this and say it works. Just wondering if anyone else has tried it once they got to their goal or near their goal.

I am not looking for a quick fix and I have read it is not that - it takes months for you to see the results. I just am curious regarding the results and if anyone here has tried it.

I have lost over 45 lbs this year and as very proud of where I am at. But I also know that after you turn 40 - it becomes a little tougher.

Any thoughts, advice, concerns? Please share
