Weight loss and weight control has a three part formula which in ranked order of importance are nutrition (diet) 80%m strength training and last cardio. Exercise comprises only 20% of the process at best with strength training having a value of 15% and cardio 5%.

Tracking you food intake and adding strength training to cardio will ensure steady progress without all the ups and downs. Remember your weight can fluctuate as much as 5 pounds from one day to the next.

Has anyone tried a Zerona laser fat reduction program?

After I reach a certain point, I have trouble keeping the pounds I've lost off and losing any more pounds. I'm thinking this might be a tool to get me over the hump. I'm just tired of the yoyo.
