If I am understanding your description correctly, I would classify it as: Lying single leg raises.

Hope your knee gets stronger.

I started a new exercise with my chiropractor for my knee. I want to be able to record it in my FitnessTracker as a strength exercise but do not know what to call it. (if it's even worth mentioning it in my tracker)

Here's what I do: I lie on my back with my foot on the floor and my knee bent at a 90 degree angle. My other leg is straight. I tense up my straight leg and lift it as high as my bent knee and lower it. I then relax my leg before I repeat. I do this on both sides for 3 sets of 10.

I was thinking "Stationary Leg Raises"?
