Hi ladies!

I made a decision in September that I was unhappy with my weight and unhappy with complaining about it. I jumped right in and started exercising six days a week at 5:30 a.m. I reduced my calories and viola, 3 months later I'm down thirty one pounds. I'm proud of my progress, but somewhere between graduating from college (in December) and the holidays, I've lost it. I stuck with a strict program before where I very seldom (almost never) had any snacks, severely monitored my sugar intake, and stayed away from things high in fat and carbs. Now, the weekends have become a pig out fest where I'll mindlessly eat and have things I know keep the weight holding on to me. I haven't gained anything (thank God) but I was losing a steady 2 pounds a week before and now I'm it's down to maybe 3-4 pounds A MONTH. I want to be down to a certain weight by summer... I feel like I still have it under control based on the fact that I'm not gaining just not losing as quickly... but I want to know if anyone else has ever experienced anything similar. How did you overcome it?
