I want to be able to loose 10 to 15lbs by the first of the year. I also would like o fit a comfortable size 16. I want to be able to complete 90 minutes on the elliptical.

High Hopes, but I believe I can make it. So can you. emoticon

I want to work on my motivation and will power. I want to recommit to being the very best that I can be. So that's more water, exercise 3 to 4 times a week, healthier eating.
