Quodos to you. I too had a similar experience with the scale and I have been busting my butt in gym. Stay motivated Never give up never surrender. I fought hard the following week and lost the lbs I gain and two additional ones. you can do it. emoticon

OK...I was like...when will my scale be friends with me...then I realized that this is a lifetime journey for me...I am BACK to 182...I went all the way up to 186 this past week...for whatever reason...wasn't feelin' too happy...so what did I do...NOTHING...went on a sabbatical...until I realized that the scale isn't my master...I raised up my shirt and said..."Honey, take a look at this!"...check out my "BOLD MOVE" pics in my gallery (what do you think?)...I SEE progress...all over my body...DESPITE what the scale says...

Although we know that our successes can be measured in so many ways...why do we forget so quickly?

BACK ON TRACK...regardless of what the scale says...
