Keep your spirits up Shawn33!

Today is 1/23/08 so you have a little more than a week to loose the 3 pounds. It's do-able and not an extreme goal.

If you've been following a program that's been working for you then you know what to do. Continue to work your plan, and no extra calories above your "daily calorie budget".

Do the aerobic activity. Shoot for at least 45 minutes or more per day, and break it up into short segments if you need too. And don't forget to make it something fun like dancing "like nobody's watching" to your favorite upbeat music or music video.

Go easy on yourself. A woman's body will "do what it's gonna do". We have to accept that fact of life. And there's always next month and more opportunities. So be happy and enjoy the process.

You can do it.
