Sam last night was the first time I worked out late. I started at 912 and finished at 10. What a difference for me. I won't do that again. I did walk away the pounds 3 mile. Omg today my body was so sore. I woke up with a headache. As I was doing it last night I found it was much harder to do as my body tenses up more as the day goes on and I'm much less flexible. I slowed my pace as I didn't want to hurt myself. If I'm doing either Zumba of workout DVDs 7 is my time slot, walking I'll do later in the evening as summer moves in.

I'm not sure about how effective 2 15 minute works outs stand up against 1 30 minute but the way I see it if your moving it doesn't matter. You moving and that's the most important thing.

I try to commit to 60 minutes at a time. If I walk I'm gone for the hour, Zumba and Aqua Zumba are both an hour and if I go on the dreaded treadmill I usually do 45 because I just get too bored even with the tv or music on.

Maybe you could do the Leslie 15 minute mile in the morning. I think that video is only 15 minutes. 2 miles is about 30 or 35 and 48 for the 3 mile.

Don't wait for motivation, don't look for it either, just make a decision to do it and get it done.
I'll FaceTime if you want. I'll walk on mine with you while we do it together. Seriously!! Lol
You got this girl... YOU GOT THIS!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I've been having some issues with finding time to exercise...or maybe I should say the motivation to do so in the evenings.

Do you exercise all at one time? Or do you split it up during the day?

If I do some exercises at work through out the day at work do you think this is as effective as doing the whole lot at one time in the evening?
