Sorry it’s been so long since I checked in. I’m still a Nutritarian! I’m wintering in Mexico, and getting lots of exercise— beach walking 3-4 miles or yoga and water aerobics. Today it’s yoga and water aerobics, 1 hour each.

Hello!!
Yes - training is coming along. If it is cold out I am doing a step video which actually I think is good for cross training. Lots of kicks and movements I don't get with walking/running. Race is on the 22nd.
I just am finding I don't have time to check in here on SP. Lot so things going on with house hunting- buying possibly. Inspections happening

I did an hour on the elliptical before breakfast. I did 10 high intensity 15 sec. bursts.

I did a 30 min Spark Premium Video Workout: Upper Body Burn.

My hamstring muscles were sore from yesterdays stretching exercises which I was trying for the first time, so I didn’t do any stretching today.

I used my Tiger Tail for 5 min on my sore leg muscles.

I did 60 min. on the elliptical before breakfast. Dr. Greger says that studies show that exercising before breakfast burns more fat.

I did a 30 min Spark Premium Video Workout: Work it to the Core.

I did a 10 min Spark Premium Video Workout: Stretch It Out.

I used my Tiger Tail rolling muscle massager for 3 min.

I did 100 min. total cardio, strength training, balance, and flexibility.

Somehow I didn’t see this challenge until now. For the last week, I have done 1 hour on the elliptical each day plus 30 minutes Spark Premium Video Workouts alternating each day: Upper Body Burn, Lean Lower Body Lunges and More, Work it to the core, Arms Upper Back and More, Lean Lower Body Squats and More, and Total Core Challenge. I have been doing the first 3 workouts for some time, I just started the last 3 this week. Some of the new exercises are challenging and my calves were tight yesterday so I might have to start using a Tiger Tail rolling muscle massager before my workout. So 90 minutes exercise a day, including cardio, strength training, and balance. I would like to do maybe 10 minutes of flexibility/stretching exercises in addition.

This is the new exercise challenge for the new year!

In the first three months, make sure you get at least 250 exercise minutes per week!
You can do any kind of physical exercise you want: can be walking, climbing, playing football, boxing, horse back riding but cleaning and gardening also counts.

Post at least once a week on this thread how you did with exercise. If you post daily how many minutes of exercise you got it's greatly appreciated!

Per month you will be rewarded with a glorious goodie if you met the challenge that month!
