I'm a little active...I have some thing bad happened last year and i just am having a hard time getting back

I eat lots of veggies but I'm eating canned soup these days and a lot of tomato sandwich since moving and living with my parents

A bit about me... I am 53, a long time vegetarian. I started an elimination diet on February 28, hoping to reduce or end muscle & joint pain and IBS symptoms.... I was a member of this team a few years ago under a different username.... I followed the ETL program then for about 12 weeks. Lost about 13 lbs then and got a much better blood pressure.

The diet I am doing now resembles the ETL program very much. Basically I can eat freggies, nuts and fruit! (Cutting out gluten, sugar, sweeteners, dairy, soy, peanuts, yeast).

It'd be nice to be able to share how it's going with others who are eating in a similar way, now and then on this thread. So if you read this, I hope to hear from you!
