since being sick I have been making:
emoticon , emoticon , emoticon , emoticon juice, blueberries, chia seeds along with some bananas in my smoothie

I've been having a hard time eating alot of fruits and veggies since being sick but I'm slowing getting there

I did eat some onion in the stuffing and mushrooms in the green bean casserole and sandwiches

Eat all the G-BOMBS Holiday Challenge



The Holiday Challenge is to eat all the G-BOMBS foods everyday. Fill up on all the G-BOMBS that you can each day. Those of you who are doing the six week plan can still do this challenge cause your eating all the G-BOMBS anyway.

All you have to do is add emoticon on the days you eat the G-BOMBS foods. I made it easy so if your short on time just put the emoticon then we will know you ate the G-BOMBS but feel free to tell what you ate too...you know brag a little...lol and you will give us some ideas.

So just eat your G-BOMBS instead of those cookies and cake and the potatoes with butter all over it. You can do it. We can do it.

Some ideas to eatů

At least one large salad every day

Generous amounts of cooked green vegetables, beans, onions, and mushrooms every day

Satisfy my sweet tooth with at least three fresh fruits, especially berries, every day

1-2 ounces of raw nuts and seeds each day.
