Holiday G-BOMBS Challenge



This can be a tough time of the year, we just had Halloween (well most of us did) and now it’s on to Thanksgiving (well some of us), Christmas, and any other holiday you celebrate and aaaallllll the parties, get to together, shopping, baking, cooking, ect that you do and all the cookies, cake, pies, fluffy mash potatoes with lots of butter, and anything other holiday treats. And then January rolls around and you’re feeling well awful (and the clothes are a little snug).

So the Holiday Challenge is to eat all the G-BOMBS everyday. Fill up on all the G-BOMBS that you can each day.

All you have to do is add emoticon on the days you eat the G-BOMBS foods.

Some ideas to eat…

At least one large salad every day

Generous amounts of cooked green vegetables, beans, onions, and mushrooms every day

Satisfy my sweet tooth with at least three fresh fruits, especially berries, every day

1-2 ounces of raw nuts and seeds each day
