well some people will feel some detox when switching from junk food to fruits and veggies which could last somewhere around 2 weeks

Just make sure your eating enough fruits and veggies to keep your energy level up

Hi! I'm new to both the diet And the group. Is it unusual to experience fatigue and exhaustation in the first few days of the diet? I'm not necessarily hungry but just tired.
