DH lost 130 pounds by substituting smoothies and juices for breakfast and lunch. Sadly, they don't work for me and just make me hungrier.

Eliminating meat brought back my anxiety and panic attacks. I feel like banging my head against the wall. I started eating meat again and I'm feeling much better.

I'm still looking for the best solution for me.

Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.

8 Ways to Speed Up Weight Loss...I like that they stress plant protein but I wouldn't eat the meat(#1)...and the coconut oil.(#5)...I like the other ideas
