well thats not good ...so are you drinking water....eating bread or any other grains?

Are you eating lots of greens in your salads, soups and stir fries,ect?

it just might mean your body is just holding on to the pounds and eventually weight will come off


I read somewhere that men lose weight faster....not fair...lol

I'm a newbie so not sure where to post: the first week of Dr Fuhrmans 6 week challenge I lost 5lbs I WAS SOOO HAPPY! I'm pretty sure I'm doing things right(??). I'm not approaching 3 weeks and nothing lost!!!
here are the days: (no lie!)

Nothing is wrong with the scale because my husband that eats WAY more nuts then I do is losing a steady .5 to 1.0 pounds a day or so. I am so discouraged, I need input please. I loved this 6 week challenge because there's no emphasis on exercise which is great for me because I had back surgery due to a car accident and after years I still can not go for long.
HELP!
