I track my nutrition and find the fat is running a about 25% lower then low range and the carbs are of course a little higher (15%)than range. Protein has been in range but the low side.

The exact numbers will depend on your calorie range.

I follow the ETL plan 90% faithfully, and my carbs were averaging 60% of my pie chart on a fairly regular basis. Protein was about 20% and fat was about 20%, if I remember correctly.I'll check and amend if necessary. I do know that the carb average is accurate.

I wish I could help, but I don't use the SparkPeople nutrition goals tracker. Dr. F suggests no ADDED oils so I'm not sure what that would mean in terms of a daily goal. I think most people on the team eat according to the six week plan and don't really do any tracking. The exception may be SUNNY - if so, I'm sure she'll post some suggetions for you.

One of the things I like about ETL is that tracking is not necessary. I plan to make this a lifestyle, a way to eat for the rest of my life. I KNOW I don't want to write and track all my food the rest of my life.

I'm trying to set my sparkpeople nutrition goals tracker to meet the criteria for the ETL plan... what should I set the fat/protein/carbs amounts to???
