Sarah Connor in Terminator. Even though everyone thought she was nuts, she was doing her best to prepare her son for what was to come.

I'm looking for my inner athlete, but I'm afraid I may have eaten her. If I'm very quiet I can hear her screams of terror.

I always thought Jamie Lee Curtis did a good job in all of the Halloween movies she was in.

Also the mom in the Babadook, such patience with that little loud child of hers.

and Mama from the movie Mama.

As most of you know, March is Women in History month. I was curious about women in horror, so I googled it and stumbled upon this Women in Horror Month site.It looks like the month of Women in Horror was February but the site is really interesting and still relevant this month. lol

Take a look: www.womeninhorrormonth.com

I think women in horror may be a great theme for the month. Whatcha ya'll think?

My question to you is: What is your favorite horror movie mom?

This is a tough question but the first one that comes to mind is Diane from Poltergeist. She was totally open and committed to saving her family. How about you?

What if you were simply more devoted to loving your self?
