Hey Amy!

How have you been doing? I have had a rough couple of days, but I'm back up in operation now. (PMS = somebody just shoot me! lol) Need to eat... need to eat... lol, I'll be okay.

As far as healthy foods go, I generally stick to organic - just because that's usually what is in the house. I try to eat three "good-sized" meals a day, and I don't snack much. Well, maybe some taco chips with the movie or something like that on occasion.

Note: My "weight loss ticker" is actually my "weight gain ticker" and should be read the opposite way. 125 is my goal! :)

Nice to "meeet you!!! I check too, but I was kinda scared that I'd offend since I didn't know there was anyone else with this issue on here. You know, it's an eating problem too...we're just suffering the other way, right?

I'm also working on the quantity and quality this go around. It was the cookies and snacks that got me to 220lbs before I lost down to my current with the ED. I'm working on figuring out vegetarianism, but not sure it's for me TOTALLY...I think maybe incorporating it into the whole of things is good for me at this point.

What are your thoughts on healthy foods?

Hope you had a happy bunny day! I had fun with my son and watching him hunt for junk...lol. Well, his basket had mostly healthy snacks in it, which I'm blessed with a kid who loves healthy stuff too.

Hey Amy! Yeah, I keep checking to see if there are new members...they have to find us!

Well, you could gain some weight with candy, I suppose, but I try to stay away from that stuff. I need to gain weight and be healthy at the same time - probably better for energy's sake.. but I dunno.

I keep telling myself "Quanity & Quality" is how I'm going to gain.

I was thinking today...it's time to gain this weight...time to just give in. LOL...time to eat Easter candy. Ha! Just trying to justify the darned sweet tooth I've been "blessed" with, I suppose. :)
