goal is to maintain my weight or gain a pound or 2? I plan to have a daily smoothie, 1 meal full, 1 frozen meal, 1 Boost Very High Calorie, 1 fruit Breeze drink 250 calories, and 2 desserts.

My goal , every day , is to eat the calories I am supposed to or more as long as it's clean eating. My goal this week is to get into the habit of going to the gym on my own instead of just when I have an appointment with my trainer . So , to whoever is reading this , let's get some conversation going . What are you doing to achieve your goals or what do you want to accomplish ?
