My update. I did appreciate reading your update Greg. Best wishes sounds sensible.

My own update. I have been running around 140 due to bad health for several years. All of a sudden I am up 15 lbs. It's fluid retention. Don't know what they're going to do? I'm on meds for a variety of things. Calling Dr. tomorrow to report in on this....before I go to the leg dr and get the results of the spine cat scan. Then Tues is the lung Dr. for the embolism.

All I can say is get smart and get healthy while you are young. emoticon

Just writing to let you all know that I joined Anytime Fitness . I also have a trainer fresh out of college that has been working with me since the end of June . So far I have been doing good with lifting weights , and eating what I am supposed to . I just gave up alcohol because that isn't good for my diet at all . If I ever want to lose my belly , I have to give up what put it there in the first place . I've been trying to eat as clean as possible and have had success . Lots of chicken , fish , rice and beans .
It will be about a year probably before I start to see any changes physically but it will be worth it . I'll update again in a month or so or at least check in to let you all know I'm still staying dedicated
