I started taking vit B-6 (as well as multi vitamin, potassium, folic acid), and I have had significant increase in my appetite, which I read is one of the things it can do. It helps increase appetite by helping with your metabolism. I used to have days where I wouldn't eat until noon and maybe snack a little between then and dinner, and eat very little for dinner. Since taking the B-6, I have to eat something, I don't care what, but something, every couple of hours or I feel sick from hunger. It's been great, though I hate feeling hungry...that part sucks!

Happy Monday.... :-( I am having trouble figuring how to go about gaining weight while eating more healthy foods AND starting an exercise program. I do not have any type of eating disorder, I just can't make myself eat if I'm not hungry and my metabolism is pretty fast - good problem to have unless you need to gain weight, then it sucks. So... does anyone have any suggestions on where/how I should start? I've been trying to add calories (only managed 2200 or over 2 times, sigh) and MILD exercise (couldn't do more if I wanted because the MS fatigue has been bad) this week and I haven't even gained half a pound. Maybe leave off exercise until I gain a few pounds? Any help would be appreciated.
