I am 6' 2" and Dr. wants me to eat and gain some weight. I am back to 146 again. Had put some on in lat summer but now it's gone. During my middle years I weighed 184-195. I am trying to eat, but don't feel like it.

My grandfather drank stout to get nourishment and try to gain weight.

I am sorry I really do not have any tips, I can relate to you. I have become slender the last few months because I became vegan and the family is concerned(5'3" 116 lbs). I too eat quite healthy and I like the way I look. Intellectually, yes, I could maybe gain a few pounds as well around 3-5. I too have found it a struggle. It is hard to keep eating when I am full now. I work out in aerobics class 6 days a week (sometimes twice a day). So I guess I am a bit of an exercise junkie. I want to become toned and strong.
I have found when I keep exploring things that works for me, it will come together.

HI,
I am very active, working out everyday.
I am a healthy eater.
Therefor I am slender. I need to gain around 5-8 pounds...but if I eat a lot I feel gross and I don't want to gain a "Pooch" or belly or flabby arms. How do you naturally gain weight but stay fit? and maintain a slim middle but just look fuller and healthier?
Any tips???
