Way to go! Tracking everything I was eating really helped me out to. I only used it a few weeks, once I got a better feel for how many more calories I needed to eat I didn't need to use it any more. Keep up the good work!

Finally, after 3 weeks of being on SparkPeople, I gained 1.5 lbs. The first week, I didn't gain anything. I didn't lose either. The second week, I lost a half a pound. After doing the weight gain calculator, I started eating the amount of calories that was recommended. Now, I've started to gain. I still have a lot more to go, but at least I'm seeing some results. Just wanted to give some good news. Later!
