I didn't do too good today. I was only able to walk half a mile.

My activity tracker is a useful tool and it would seem i need to walk a little more.

Today hasn't been a good day for me. I couldn't get through my Zumba video. At that point I realized that right now I can't do Zumba 5 days a week AND walk 2 miles 2 of those days. I will do Zumba 3 days a week and walk 2 miles the other 2 days. I'm trying not to be discouraged, but the fact is I pushed myself to hard starting out. I know it will get better and then I can increase it later.

Well so far I am on track with my exercise and only have to walk 2000 more steps today to meet my goals. But the amount of calories increased on my food tracker seems excessive since i really want to loose weight.

Today I got my spark people activity tracker on line and working.
I am quite computer challenged.
Will keep you posted on how it helps me with my goals.

What wonderful news! So happy for you that you are walking again, and doing Zumba. Yeah, doing them on the same day is probably not a good idea, but mixing it up a bit is probably better for you, and keeps your body guessing so you are less likely to plateau.

Today was my first day walking my 2 miles again. It had been quite a while since I had done it so it took some extra time, but I got it done. I also did Zumba once I made it back home. That was such a challenge. For now there is no way I will be walking AND doing Zumba more than twice a week. As the time progresses on I will try to do more days of walking AND Zumba. Oh and on a positive note, I lost 2 pounds!
